Boarding took way longer than I expected, and the check-in staff seemed a bit confused about what was going on. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely felt disorganized... just kind of frustrating when you’re ready to get going.

"Codeshare flight was easier than I thought"
I flew on a codeshare flight sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, and it went way smoother than I expected. The partner airline already had my booking in their system, so check-in was simple and there was no back-and-forth or confusion. i was prepared for a hassle, but everything was handled without any problem

"Fees showed up way too late"
I thought I understood the fare when I booked, but the rules were confusing. Then extra fees started showing up after the booking was already done, which felt really frustrating. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely felt like I was being led into paying more than expected. When I contacted customer service, they just kept repeating the policy instead of actually helping.

"Surprisingly easy to sort out"
I needed to change a small detail on my Air Europa booking, and I was expecting the usual runaround or some hidden fee to suddenly appear. But support replied quicker than I thought they would and fixed it without making a big deal out of it. The agent was polite, clear, and didn’t make me feel like they were just trying to get me off the chat. Compared to other airlines I’ve dealt with, this was actually a really smooth experience
"Upgrade was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I paid for an upgrade, but the whole thing turned into a headache. The process was confusing from the start, and different staff members kept giving me different answers. Then at the airport they said it wasn’t showing up properly, so I had to keep chasing it and explaining the same thing over and over. It took way too much time and effort to sort out, and by the end it just felt unfair.

"Stressful trip with my dog"
I traveled with my dog, I think it was last Tuesday or maybe Wednesday, and the whole pet travel part was really stressful. His crate looked like it had been handled roughly, and it made me feel awful seeing that after the trip. I get that travel can be hectic, but pets need to be treated with a lot more care.

The flight itself was fine, nothing really went wrong, but I ended up paying more than I expected and still felt like the service was basic. Little things, like extra fees popping up here and there, made it feel less worthwhile. For the price, I expected a bit more. Next time I’d probably take a closer look at other airlines before booking

"Pretty comfy flight"
Had a really good flight with Air Europa, honestly. The seat was more comfy than I thought it would be and the cabin looked clean, even the tray table and floor area. Nothing super fancy or anything, just a nice easy trip and I felt comfortable the whole way. No complants from me

"I flew with Air Europa last week..."
I flew with Air Europa last week, and to be fair, the flight status messages were actually useful. I got emails and texts about the delay before it even showed up on some of the airport screens, which definitely helped me plan a bit better.
That said, once I got to the gate, things were still messy. The information there was confusing, and the staff didn’t really explain what was going on, so a simple apology or clearer update would’ve gone a long way.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t great either. I appreciated the early notifications, but the communication at the airport still needs improvement. I’d give it 3 stars.

By the time we landed, I was just relieved to get off the plane and warm up. The cabin was way too cold for most of the flight, and I spent the whole time feeling frozen instead of comfortable.

"Pretty Average Flight Overall"
The crew was friendly enough, but the service felt a little slow. The seats were on the tight side, and the food was just okay. The entertainment system worked fine, though, which helped pass the time. Nothing terrible, nothing outstanding, just one of those flights that gets you where you need to go, which is really the main thing.

I was expecting the plane to be in better shape based on how the flight was presented, so it was a bit disappointing to see how worn the seats looked. They seemed old and not as comfortable or clean-looking as I’d hoped. The flight itself was okay overall, but I definitely felt a little misled about what to expect.

In the end, I just gave up trying to get help. The bag arrived broken, and when I contacted support, they kept replying with what felt like the same copy-paste messages instead of actually addressing the issue. Frustrating experience overall
